People ruin every thing

There are people who hurt and ruin things I can not get why they do that two people that i know do it alot on likes to bring people down the other likes to try and ruin things and when they get caught for it they lie and say they did not do it I know that they are the one doing it and they just don't hurt me you hurt my Friends OK you pushed on of my Friends get picked on by these two alot and my Friends and I have had enough and the people that hurt you just keep on trying to come back and be your friend  one had a really bad temper

cross country

cross country is amazing  but it is really hard  we run about two to three miles a day when we start running we cant stop we work till we are done we dont even get to sit when we take a break we work and we work but we never lose a meet we are hard working  athough inoder to run cross courtry you have to have good grades and no missing assiments if you do both of those things you get to run in meets and get out of school early but the bad part is the meets arnt easy  they are probly the hardest part about this sport but you work and work to get better.

I feel bad i hurt your feelings what  i said was mean i had no right to hurt your fellings we were best freinds and i ahte it when i hurt your fellings you dont deserve to have your feelings hurt and what we were fighting about was sstupid i really was and it was mostly my fault it really was i cant even explain how bad i feel about hurting your feelings  and i went home and just wanted to curl up in a ball and cry for what i did to hurt your feeling i hope we can be feinds and forgive echother  i can tell that you are hurt and were hurt about what happend yestyerday.

My Big Cake

If i could super size any food i would super size a white cake. The White cake can have any thing you want on it . I with the jumbo cake you will get any kind of ice cream you want with it. If you eat the whole cake and ice cream in twenty minutes you will get your whole meal free. you can order a cake for a birthday party, a pincic, or even a family Reunion. you can even get writing on your cake. and the cake it self is only five dollars.

What I Think About Nine Eleven

What nine eleven means to me is today is the day when alot of people died for us nine eleven was the day when the twin towers got hit also the Pentagon got hit today is not a Holiday it is a day of sadness and memory's today we thank the people who died for us and the ones who died in the building and i hope that the people who died get remberd for what they did and what they did not do nine eleven means the world to me and thank you.

Best Freinds Who lie

i thought she was my best Friend till she turned on me she said that she did not like the that girl she did not truly care who she hurts  she was my Friend sense fifth grade and now she is not she shut her locker door on my hand and she laughed she stole five dollars and lied about it and she hurt my best Friend she is a brat a selfish Little ignorant brat  she lies cheats and steals wow such a Friend  i got my team though who got my back who care about me that right i dont care any more about her.

The House

This house is magical  it is so cool it clean it self when dirty. The living room floors are trampolines. The kitchen cooks the food for you. There is a bathroom in everyroom. There are three bedroom. the bedrooms can tun into what ever you want then they turn back when you want them to. It has a big back yard and it has a pool when you want to swim and it has a hot tub when you want to relax.

The West City Park Feildtrip

Yesterday everybody walked down to West City Park and got to build boats that we had to test in a tub of water. We had to try and make the boat that could old the most weight. Then we got to go play in the feilds. I played football, extream frisby, and got to jump off of the swings a lot. One time when I jumped off the swings at weat city I face planted into the mulch. It hurt a lot but I got back up and tried again.

Things That Really Bug Me

Something that really bugs me is when my brother does something bad and I get in trouble because I " Let" him do it, but when I try to stop him from doing something bad, I get in trouble for not miding my own bissnuss. Then I ask what am I supposed to do when he tries to do something wrong and my mom says the oppisite of what I did. So if I tried to stop him, She tells me "Mind your own bissnuss." but if I don't try and stop him she says "Why didn't you stop him." I Don't Know What to Write About.

I have no idea what to say...  I like chicken. When I get bored I say random things. Whats your favorite food? I am running out of things to ask and say. What do you do when you get bored? I run around or play on my phone, which usally gives me something to do. What kind of phone do you have? I have an IPhone 4S. It's pretty cool I guess. Eli is mean

Eli Vroman was sitting in the multipurpose room today and I walked over and tosed my bookbag to him, well being Eli, he decided to slam my bookbag on the ground. I didn't thin anything too bad happened to my bookbag. a couple of minutes later the whole multipurpose room smelled of awesome cologne. I immediatly jumped up and looked in my bookbag. My cologne bottle was shattered inside of it. I started yelling at Eli beause that was brandnew cologne I had just gotten a few days earlier. I was so mad. Then I realized that not only was my cologne was broken, all my stuff was ruiened.

Kid Nation 5

The first word I saw was GROUP. A group is two or more people in regular contact. The groups were divided by colors. Another kind of group they have was the counsil member. They are the leaders that run the town. They help everyone stay in order so that the town


I also saw the term CONFLICT. I saw this when the two kids were yelling at eachother because of the relection. They were fighting because they wanted to be apart of the council. And the boys were ripping up the pisters and the girls got into a fight with them.


I also saw PRIMARY GROUP.  The primary group i saw was the Counsil Members. They emotionaly support eachother when one f them gets sad or upset. The others groups of primary groups i saw were the different districts. Like they support eachother if something happens

Kid Nation 7

The firs thing I saw in his episode was DEVIANT. I see this when Taylor doen't do what she needs to do. She wouldn't work or listen. She doen't like doing work because she is supposed to. She doesn't want to be the laborer.

the next thing I saw was STIGMA. I saw this because Taylor is labled as lazy and not a hard worker. She never thinks she needs to work. But the town tells her every day to because they need to build the town. But she never helps.


I also saw was SOCIAL CONTROL. When they are telling Taylor to work. They try to punish her but they never can get her to do anything. She thinks tat since she is a pagent queen she is to good for work. But everyone needs to work.

Kid Nation 6

The first thing I saw was AUTHORITY when the people punished Taylor for not working when she needed to. The town needed to get all the garbage out of the town. She didn't help carry trash so they told her to take water from the the water spout to the water tower. But she didn't, she just tipped the water on the ground. They were the boss of her but she didnt listen.

The next thing I saw was CONFORMITY when Taylor's friend started acting good so she didn't get punished. But then she turned right around and started acting like Taylor. She didn't meet the groups expectations. Also when DK decided to stay because he didn't want to dissapoint everybody. They all ajusted to meet the groups expectaions.

The last thing I saw was SOCIAL EXCHANGE when the kids start volenterein for evry thing because they want the gold star. The kids were working harder just to get the star. They were just being selfish and only thinking about themselves. Like when Greg started working hard just to get the golden star. Then after he got it he stoped working. That was all he wanted. Thats all everybody wanted.

Kid Nation 4

The first vocab word I saw was SOCIAL INTERACTION when two of the kids were brought together because they were Jewish and the two others because they were Christian. They were fighting about they're religion. The kids also were fighting about being put together in one church.

I also saw SOCIAL SOLIDARITY when everyone was fighting about their religion. They were all mad because some are very sencitive about their reiligion. They don't like learning about the other religions. They are scared of it.


I saw ACHEIVED STATUS when the teams were destroying each other for the ranks of the town. They wanted to be upper class. They just didn't want to do chores. They also wanted the money

Poor Pesident

I think that this man is very generous. He donated a lot of his salary to charity and only kept a fraction of it. People say he is poor but he is very wealthy and very kind. He helps people that need help and does very little for himself. I think that Jose Mujica is a nice man, and thats why he is pesident. Over the weekend I saw some really good movies. I saw four different movies, some I saw for the first time. The movies I saw were "Twenty-One Jump Street", "Transendent", "Anger Managment", and my favorite movie that i saw was "White Chicks".

Kid Nation 3

  In this video I saw SOCIALIZATION when most of the kids partied and the rest of the other people stayed in their bunks so they wouldn't be tired. They made the smart choice. They weren't tired. but some of the kidds that partied weren't tired either.

   I also saw LOOKING-GLASS SELF when Greg cussed at the kids and they started talking about him. He started thinking about what they thought of him. He was getting mad because ofwhat everybody thought of him. He got madder when that happened.

   I also saw TOTAL INSTATUTIONS when all 40 kids were driven out to Banaza City. They are all away from society. they aren't anywhere near close to their families. They have no conections to anybody outside of Banaza City unless they get a gold star.

Kid Nation Part 2

           The first thing I saw was CULTURE; I saw this when the kids were afriad of killing the chickens and the other kids want to kill them. This is an example of culture because some of the kids aren't costom to killing chickens or watching them die. But at the same time other people are able to watch and/or butcher them. Some of the littler kids were running away and crying.

           I also saw INFORMAL SANCTIONS because the teams were awarded jobs and money for finishing the contest. The host of the show would asign the teams jobs based on what place they got in the showdown. They also get golden stars from the counsil. They also get a giant reward if everybody finishes in an hour.

           In this video I saw VALUES. I saw this when they were cheering for the green team so the could get the water slide. They thought that the slide was important. They didn't know what was in the box though. It was a water pump. That was important. But they didn't get it so...  oh well.

Kid Nation

In this video the council is using power to help everybody work together and not fight. And whoever is the most respectful, helpful, and the one thats the best at controlling different situations. The one that can do all of that, gets a pure golden star.

 Michael uses a different perspective to keep everybody from fighting. He gives a speach to make everybody understand that they aren't fighting for thereselves, but for everybody there. So if one person fights sombodyelse, they won't be able to help eachother.

We also saw class conflict when the green, red, blue, and yellow teams fight. When they are in compotitions. Sometimes they fight against the different groups and they vandalize the different teams cabins. s is what startsthi the conflict.

            My favorite movie is the movie "8 Mile" with Eminem. I like this movie because it has rap in it. I love rap music because it has no tune, its just words, that way I never mess up. My favorite colors are white and black. The sports I like to play are baskeball and football. I like these because I can play them whenever I want. Plus I have a basketball net at both of my houses so that I can practice everyday.

           Something interesting about me is that I am adopted. I went through 5 foster homes from the time I was 2 to the time I was 5. I have always wanted to meet the people that fostered me just to show them how great I turned out to be. I just want to see them so I can ask them, "Why?"

           I don't have a computer, but I help my dad with his when he needs help. I think that I am pretty good with What I want to learn in this class is how to take apart a computer and put it together again. (thats probaly not going to happe though)

Video Games

Do video games make kids more violent? I don't think so. I think this because there are different things games want you to acheive. Like the game "Cooking Mama", it is a cooking game. It wouldn't make you want to go cook something. Or all of the racing games, it doesn't make you want to race somebody all of the sudden. So all of the shooting games wouldnt make you want to be violent.

Kid Nation

1. kids come to a town to rebuild it in New Mexico
2. there are 40 kids oldest is 15 the youngest is 8 and a half
3. mike taylor anjay laura are the town council
4. the council has to give one kid a gold star that weighs 2 pounds in gold $20,000
5. the kids complain alot
6. one kid is having a really bad muscle pain  the first to get injured
7. tehy arived at the desert and there are no adults
8. they don't know how to cook luckly they have a cook book
9. the first meal is pasta and some other food
10. there is a town meeting after dinner
11. all of the council members are stressed out
12. the second day is going alot better
13. they ran out of breakfast food 
14. mike is yelling at the oldest there and no one really likes mike
15. micheal came up and saved the whole thing
16. the council went to the chapel to get the book
17. there were bandans for groups and now they have to make 4 groups
18. jimi is the youngest and he is really homesick
19. someone has graffiti all over the bunks that said blue rocks
20. they get to run shops and a saloon and everyone gets paid
21. the blue team is really iresponseble
22. they have a showdown
23. they have to pump water into a bucket to find out what jobs they get
24. the red district is the upper class blue is the merchents

baseball

The best basebal team in tehe world is the st.louis cardinals. tehy have won the world series 11 times. eventhough they didn't win last year it still they had the best baseball record in the national leauge. Baseball is my second favorite sport. last year i went to the 5 world series game. My dad took me and we had the best time. when i watch baseball at home my mom and dad can't control me and i always end up dpoind a back bend and o don't know why. i was 3months old when i went to my first baseball game. i love baseball.

what bugs me

what bugs me is when my room is not clean. i have to have my room to be clean because when its messy it looks like a tornado went through it. i can't go into my brothers romm to watch T.V. because his room is always messy. onetime i almost broke my leg because  stepped on one of his toys. it also bugs me that he has a tv in his room a nd i am 5 years older than him do all of his chores and is way more reponsible than him. i always thought i was the perfect child i am is what my mom and dad said. he is  so spoiled.

Vacation

Last year my family and i went to Colorado for vacation. We to our popup camper and stayed at three diferent campsites. We also went up to Pikes Peak i got a headache but the veiw was amazing. since my dad is a geologist(study of earths rocks) we went diging for blue barite i am a Jr. geologist. We went to a mineral show and my father finally ment one of his very good friends from facebook. My brother met a new friend as i did i . my friend Ashyln likes the same things ai do. i loved going to Colorado.

Being Yourself

If everyone was special no one would be special. In someway people are special but if everyone was no one would have cool  characteristics about themselves. Even if no one was special they still would be have something great about them. Not everyone is going to be artistic, athletic, even smart, but that doesn't mean you can't say i \'m not going to be freinds with you becuase you don't have any cool characteristcs. Everone is special in their own way.

My favorite sport is volleyball. Volleyball is aso much fun. Ever since i broke my arm and wrist i can overhand seve very hard. i play for my church during the regular season we won 2 trophys. in off season i just play to play but we still have games.  My favorite sport to watch is baseball. /baseball is problay the awesomsness sport in the world to me. I LOVE THE ST.LOUIS CARDINALS. Every year i go to Bush Stadium about 7-10 times maybe more. Last year i got to go to the 5th world series game it was sos fun.

wonderland

I would go through the Wonderland door. I would go through that door because Wonderland has alot of misticial creatures and mqant cool things to do. When i steped into the door there was colorful flowers, mushrooms, horseflys, drangonfly and a big red castle. The queen of hearts was playinfg golf with a flamingo as a club and a hedgehog as a ball. The soldiers were deckes of cards i was surprised to see a king. As i was leaving i saw the madhatter.

Tween/Teen Years

What i never want to forget about this age is my wonderful friends, my first dance, and all of the fun teachers.  My friend s have helped me get through rough times and fun times. The always say,"it's so awkward when your not around and we never laugh."  i guess I'm the funny one in the group. The first dance was fun but it wasn't a real dance. Both 7 and 8 grade wre jam packed in the multi purpose room. it was fun.

Verructk

Verruckt

Verrückt is a water slide being built in Kansa City, Missouri. The water slide was desinged by Jeff Henry who is cslled the "Water Wizard". Verrückt is taller than the Statue of Liberty and Niaggra Falls, it my even break the world record heled by Insano's  in Brazil.  The water slide is said to go more than 65mph. The water slide is said to be Jeff's best creation yet. He has desinged most of the water rides at the water park. They hope to open Verrückt on memorial day this year.

1. The campground was so extensive it was hard to find our spot.
2. I was hurtling a ball when someone pushed me at of no ware.
3. The firework was so illuminate it brought tears to my eyes.
4. She was mulling over the idea of moving states and schools.
5. He propelled through the water like an olymic swimmer.
6. The adventure was so radical even though it was made up.
7.  I had to speculate a baseball game.
8. After the team won the volleyball game they were so surpasses.
9. My dad welded my brothers bike together after it fell apart.

A man named Chiao has created a tiny windmill for emergency use if your phone dies and you need help, it will charge your phone. One windmill is 1.8 millimeters ,10 of them could fit on a grain of rice. Even though Chiao built a prototype he had help from his associate Smitha Rio. The tiny windmills can be made cheaply and will come in packs of 100. Chiao and Smitha are already working with the manufacturing company WinMems Technologies co. Even though these windmills are small they can still have big gust of winds, and be lifesavers too.
