I would tell someone to build a indoor community pool so anytime of season people can go swimming. Building the pool would be the best choice because people would be able to go and hang out with friends and get to know new people, Adults can take their little ones to the kiddie part of the pool.Another reason why to pick the indoor pool is when the kids are on winter break they will have something to do besides sitting inside watching TV or playing video games all day long.
